1. Okc Thunder: Even if Pierce and ak47 have a rating decrease, this team is still great. Lopez is a win now center and plus they have the only thing close to LeBron(The mvp Kevin Durant). Range from 1-3
2. Hou Rockets: They have probably the best center currently in Dwight Howard, and a rising star in Harden. Range from 2-6
3. San Antonio Spurs: They are the best team of the past decade with a top Pf of all time and an amazing pg in Parker. This team is the most well rounded team in the league with shooters(D Green)(Bellineli), rebounders(Duncan) Splitter), and defenders(Leonard,Green) Range from 1-4
4.La Lakers Vlade is a very good gm. He turned a rebuilding Lakers to a West threat. With two amazing scorers in JJ and Kobe they can easily keep the game close. Gasol can do work down low and Nash a former MVP can distribute the ball and average 9+ assists. Range from 3-10 depending if they all stay healthy.
5. Gs Warriors: Steph Curry and Thompson are amazing shooters. Steph can also score anywhere he wants. Iguodala is an athletic Sf who can shoot the ball and drive to the hoop. They have a solid down low presence with Lee and Bogut + there bench is insane. Range from 4-8
6. La Clippers: Even though I think the clippers have one of the most talented teams in the league, I do not think J smith is a fit in Lac. If he does prove me wrong and he plays well with all-stars Blake Griffin and CP3 then I think the sky is there limit. I say they range from 1-9.
7. Por Blazers: With LA being a 25 ppg scorer and Lilard being a 20 ppg scorer I can see this young team having a good year. They have other solid players such as Kanter Mathews and Batum. Range from 6-10
8. Dallas Mavs: With Dirk being one of them best Pfs of all time he can lead any team to the playoffs. He brought a team similar to a team like this one to the playoffs last year. He also has a second option in Ellis, He can easily pick up the slack if Dirk struggles or gets hurt. Ranges from 7-11

Sacremento Kings: Have future star in D Cuz. Range from 6-12
T-Wolves: Have the best Pf currently in Love and pass first Rubio. Range from 8-13
Utah Jazz: I honestly believe The Jazz have what it takes to compete in the west by adding Kg a veteran who has won a ring before. I also have young guys like Gordon Hayward and Burke. The best move they made was getting a top 5 center in Noah. Range from 7-14
Memphis Grizz: They are always in playoff talk and have a defensive minded team. Range from 8-13'
Denver Nuggets: With young players in Farried and Lawson, this team has what it takes. Range from 7-13
No Pelicans: With Anthony Davis and some young pieces this team could pull an upset and get the 8 seed. range from 8-15
In the West I believe anyone can make it, there are so many good teams. The suns look like they are rebuilding around Bledsoe so I don't think they will be in it but they could have a year like they did this year so who knows
